APR Restoration & Commercial Development Inc. specializes in emergency response to residential and commercial properties. Our staff has over 50 years of experience covering water & flood damage repair, fire & smoke restoration, mold remediation, biohazard remediation, and natural disaster & hurricane recovery management.
Frank Owens is the mitigation manager of APR with over 20 years experience in disaster response, loss mitigation, account management and sales. His primary responsibility is the management of all emergency response/mitigation personnel and functions of the company. He has industry experience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, contents cleaning, mold testing and remediation, and biohazard clean up, as well as job cost estimating. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.
David’s role with APR is to write and manage the estimating process. David has over 20 years experience in the construction business. David is licensed by North Carolina as a General Contractor and is a licensed Electrical Contractor. Before joining APR, David operated a successful electrical contracting company for 16 years. David also is a board member of APR.
Terry is the co-founder of APR which often requires to fulfill many different roles. Primarily, Terry is responsible for the overall field operations for APR’s Insurance restoration business. This includes the complete restoration process for APR clients to ensure we deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget. Terry has built a wealth of knowledge in leadership positions spanning over 25 years with direct experience in hardware maintenance, construction, manufacturing, management and customer service
Todd Waddell is a Project Manager at APR. He has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary activities include commercial sales, quality control, scheduling on the job activities, estimating and managing budgets. He also serves on the board of APR. Before joining APR he was the Vice President of a commercial building company where he managed multi-million dollar projects throughout central North Carolina.
Tyson has spent the last 20 years as a firefighter and has seen first hand the devastation and emotional stress created for families and business owners that have experienced tragic losses due to fire, water, and storm related damage. In most every case, a question he would often hear is “what do we do next?” Tyson joined APR in July of 2017 to be able to deliver the “What happens next”! He enjoys the ability to meet with customers and impact their lives much like he does as a firefighter. Tyson is a member of our sales and marketing team, and also serves as a project manager. He lives in the Benson area with his wife and 2 children.
