Wesley is the president of APR Wilmington and manages the day to day operations of the Wilmington office. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in construction management and a business minor. He has over 15 years of experience including residential construction, project management, and business development. Wesley is also North Carolina licensed contractor since 2007.
Randall Smith is the account manager/estimator for APR Wilmington. Randall graduated from the construction management department at East Carolina University. He has been building in the Wilmington area since 1998.
Brenda is the mitigation manager for all of APR Wilmington. She has over 14 years experience in the restoration industry. She is IICRC Certified in water restoration, fire and smoke restoration, odor control and mold restoration.
Hayden started as the company Controller in June 2020 after working with APR’s mitigation team for over 3 years. He helps manage day-to-day accounting and implements process improvements on the finance and accounting team. He has experience working in public accounting and with The Walt Disney Company. Hayden earned his Master of Accounting degree from UNC.
Kyle is a restoration manager for the Wilmington and surrounding areas. He has worked in the construction industry since 2017.
Kelly is a project coordinator for APR. She has worked in the restoration industry for nearly a decade. She brings extensive experience in customer service, project coordinating, fleet management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Pam Hill is the sales manager for APR North East and APR Wilmington. Pam has worked in the insurance industry as well as restoration since 1983. With her experience in underwriting, as well as previously being a licensed insurance agent, she understands the importance of customer service. She has worked in restoration for over 13 years and takes pride and taking care of people. When it comes to taking care of you or your clients, Pam is hands down the person to call!
