Todd is the director of field operations for the commercial division. He has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary activities include commercial sales, quality control, scheduling on the job activities, estimating and managing budgets. Before joining APR he was the Vice President of a commercial building company where he managed multi-million dollar projects throughout central North Carolina. He serves on the board of APR.
David is the director of field operations for APR’s residential division. He has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary role is to ensure successful execution of all residential insurance restoration jobs. He manages a team of restoration managers and specialists and is a responsible for APR’s multi-million dollar operation and overall customer service.
Joey is the operations specialist for APR. Joey works closely in many areas of the day to day business at APR. He has several years of experience in real estate, operations and technology. He graduated from NC State University with a degree in Business Management.
Brett is the director of sales and marketing with APR. Brett over 20 years of experience in the fire service and construction industry. Brett works to maintain APR’s reputation for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
David’s writes and manages the estimating process for APR. David has over 20 years of experience in the construction business. David is licensed by North Carolina as a General Contractor and is a licensed Electrical Contractor. Before joining APR, David operated a successful electrical contracting company for 16 years. David also is a board member of APR.
Steven joined APR as CFO in October 2018. Steve leads the finance and accounting team to implement systems and processes that scale with the APR’s rapid growth. Steve has decades of experience as a CFO and Controller, primarily in commercial real estate development and construction. He has also has been a principal and CFO in several early stage companies. Steve is a CPA and received his MBA from Pace University.
Jennifer works in the APR Accounting office. She is business accounting professional with over 30 years experience. Areas of expertise are AR, AP, and Cash Flow Management.
Tyson is a sales executive APR. He began working for APR in 2017 as a part time employee performing in multiple divisions such as mitigation, project management, and sales. Before working at APR, he was a professional firefighter for over 15 years. He has seen first hand the devastation and stress caused by fire and storms to home and business owners. He would often be asked “ what do we do next?” Tyson brought his passion for helping those affected by emergencies to APR and enjoys assisting our customers in what happens next.
Missy is the office manager for APR. Her main responsibilities include daily tasks such as fielding client calls, invoicing, customer assistance, and office support. She has been working in various operational roles for 15 years.
Ryan is a restoration manager for APR. As a team member he oversees multiple residential reconstruction projects, sets timelines, manages contractors, maintains an open dialogue with insurance adjusters, and sees each project through from start to finish. Ryan has a degree in Marine Technology, and over 10 years in the residential and commercial industry.
Jody is a restoration manager at APR. His main responsibilities include overall operations and execution of fire and flood restoration projects. Jody honorably served in the US Army for 20 years, retiring in March of 2016. He has extensive training in military leadership courses with 1 year of college level courses
Michael is an estimator for APR. He graduated from East Carolina University in 1996 with a degree in exercise and sports science. He has been involved in the construction business for 28 years. Mike obtained his general contractors license in 2007 and has been working as a superintendent for a custom builder and run his own construction business.
Tim is a restoration project manager at APR. Tim has over 12 year experience in the construction industry.
As the senior emergency response coordinator, Don brings over 30 years of restoration and construction experience to APR. He has a passion for helping people in their worst time of need.
Kyle is a program manager at APR. He has over 6 years of experience in the restoration industry. Kyle began working as a technician and gradually worked his way up to learning the inner workings of the industry.
Robin is a commercial project manager at APR. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Upon leaving the military 20 years ago, he began his construction career.
Rick is a mitigation leader at APR Raleigh. Rick has been in the construction industry his entire life, working for his family’s construction company as a teenager. He has been in the restoration industry since 2009 and has achieved his triple masters in restoration through the IICRC.
Kelly has worked in the restoration industry for nearly a decade. She brings extensive experience in customer service, project coordinating, fleet management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Kyle has over 3 years of experience in the restoration industry as a mitigation technician. He has always been a hands-on person between helping around the house and anywhere else needed. He currently holds 5 IICRC certifications.
Francisco has been working in the restoration industry since 2013 as a mitigation technician. He has extensive knowledge in water, fire and mold restoration. He treats every job with the love and care as if it was his own home.
Kevin is a Restoration Project Manager for APR Raleigh who offers superior customer service and over 30 years in the construction field. He has knowledge and experience in all aspects of the industry including water, fire and mold remediation.
Hayden started as the company Controller in June 2020 after working with APR’s mitigation team for over 3 years. He helps manage day-to-day accounting and implements process improvements on the finance and accounting team. He has experience working in public accounting and with The Walt Disney Company. Hayden earned his Master of Accounting degree from UNC.
With 18 years of Real Estate experience and a focus on distressed properties, Donna has a passion for overseeing the rehabilitation of damaged properties and helping homeowners when disaster strikes. As the Project Manager for APR Raleigh, Donna strives to bring excellent customer service and an eye for detail in order to leave her customers happy.
Andree Tyson is the lead technician mitigation for APR Raleigh.
